Costs
  • It’s difficult to give a price until I know your requirements. It all depends on the menu, numbers, location and what’s involved. The higher the numbers, the lower the cost per head. As a price guide, the minimum price I’ve catered for is £35 per head for a group of 100 at a wedding. Average price for a group of 12 is £80-100 price per head. This includes menu planning, shopping, cost of quality ingredients, preparation of food and associated costs involved such as petrol, utilities, equipment, kitchen hire on occasion, kitchen running costs and insurance.
  • With all meals an assistant is required to help with serving and clearing, which I can organise. An assistant usually works out at approx. £70-80 cash, payable on the night.
