Costs
  • It’s difficult to give a price until I know your requirements. It all depends on the menu, numbers, location and what’s involved. The higher the numbers, the lower the cost per head. As a price guide, the minimum price I’ve catered for is £40 per head for a group of 100 at a wedding. Average price for a group of 10-12 people is £75-100 price per head. This includes creating a bespoke menu, planning, shopping, cost of quality ingredients, preparation of food and associated costs involved such as petrol, utilities, kitchen hire on occasion, kitchen running costs and insurance.
  • With all meals an assistant is required to help with serving and clearing, which I can organise. An assistant usually works out at approx. £80-120 cash, depending on hours, payable on the night.
