I create an individually tailored menu with costs outlined in an emailed quote.

Once agreed, a deposit is made to secure the date and we’re all set to go!

On the day, I arrive a few hours before you want to eat with any specific equipment required and prepared food.
Some food will be cooked last minute, eg fish.

I will present the food beautifully on serving plates, platters, etc.. An assistant will serve you at your table ensuring you can sit back, relax and enjoy your special meal.

Clearing up will be taken care of and we’ll leave the place sparkling clean.

  • I am currently catering for 100 people maximum.
Costs
  • It’s difficult to give a price until I know your requirements. It all depends on the menu, numbers, location and what’s involved. The higher the numbers, the lower the cost per head. As a price guide, the minimum price I’ve catered for is £40 per head for a group of 100 at a wedding. Average price for a group of 10-12 people is £75-100 price per head. This includes creating a bespoke menu, planning, shopping, cost of quality ingredients, preparation of food and associated costs involved such as petrol, utilities, kitchen hire on occasion, kitchen running costs and insurance.
  • With all meals an assistant is required to help with serving and clearing, which I can organise. An assistant usually works out at approx. £80-120 cash, depending on hours, payable on the night.
